■ Logo
Our company celebrates the 70th anniversary in 2005. In this milestone year, as of October 1, 2005, we will change the logo and the common name of the company from Kayaba to KYB.
We will combine our brand name “KYB,” which is well acknowledged and more commonly used, with our common name.

■ What our new logo means
It has an impressive and unique design while maintaining a legible style as letters. Slanted slits in each letter represents comfortable sunlight cast through the trees and sunbeams illuminating the road ahead. The logo represents an image of unconstrained growth and flexible response to the trends of the era. The right side of the letter“B” represents liquid pressure indicating the origin of KYB. Using italic letters expresses a sense of speedy movement.
■ What is included in the corporate color
While the logotype represents comfort, the enthusiastic color of red is used as the corporate color of KYB, which represents enthusiasm of industrial crafting. Red is also a forwarding color that connects to the industrial crafting one step forward.
The “red” color represents enthusiasm to realize a society where industrial crafting brings happiness to everyone and to provide the technologies that bring a warm and comfortable life.
KYB names this red “KYB Red” as the corporate color.
