KYB Corporation is pleased to announce that we established a local subsidiary, KYB India Private Limited, in India on August 3, 2025, for the purpose of expanding our business in the Indian market. We also opened an office in Pune, Maharashtra.
1.Purpose of Establishment
To strengthen our business foundation in the rapidly growing Indian market, we will expand our local development, production, and sales capabilities. Our main objectives are as follows:
1)Strengthening our ability to respond quickly to market needs
2)Expanding our product lineup and accelerating development speed
3)Strengthening our global procurement and supply structure through collaboration with overseas bases
4)Enhancing brand recognition and building mid- to long-term partnerships with major OEM customers
Through these efforts, we aim to enhance our global presence and expand our market share.
